Gham Power together with its partners Practical Action and Swanbarton have officially been awarded a project by United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) to install one of the largest energy storage systems in Nepal, with a total battery capacity of 4MWh.
[pdf] Equipped with Sungrow’s advanced liquid-cooled ESS PowerTitan 2.0, this facility is Uzbekistan’s first energy storage project and the largest of its kind in Central Asia. The project represents a major milestone in the region’s clean energy transition, paving the way for a more sustainable future.
[pdf] This project is the first solar power generation project with battery energy storage system in Mongolia attached, which was awarded to the JGC Group in consortium with NGK Insulators (Japan) and MCS International (Mongolia) 2021 for the Ministry of Energy of Mongolia.
