The battery energy storage project is part of DRI’s aims to build up to 1GW of renewable energy and storage capacity in the country by 2030. Through its Trzebinia project, DRI will support Poland’s grid stability and support wider renewable energy development in the country.
[pdf] The commissioning of a 6 MW / 6 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), installed at the DOMLEC facility in the Fond Colé area, is nearing completion. Installation is already finished, and final testing is underway from 30 April to 4 May 2025.
[pdf] On September 8, 2024, the GSL ENERGY 60kwh wall-mounted battery home energy storage system was successfully deployed in Guatemala, bringing new changes to the local household energy supply. Guatemala has long faced the problem of unstable energy supply.
