Flat cylinderOur flat cylinders are designed for use on tight and heavy projects. They are suitable for lifting machinery, replacing bridge bearings, or serve as preparation for the use of a higher successor cylinder. The flat cylinders are returned to their original state by load or spring return.

Compact cylinderThe LUKAS compact cylinders close the gap between our flat cylinders and the standard lifting cylinders. Where the flat cylinders are too low and the lifting cylinders are too high, our compact cylinders are used. They have a balanced ratio of low overall height and comparatively long stroke.

Short-stroke lock nut cylindersThe LUKAS short-stroke lock nut cylinders are very compact and have robust locking nuts that securely support loads of up to 550 tonnes over a longer period of time while requiring little space. The mechanical locking system and the high-strength special steel provide an additional advantage in terms of the cylinder's endurance and safety. If the ground is uneven, the cylinders must be fully underpinned with a stable base.

Spreading wedgesDue to its very slim design, the LUKAS spreading wedges is able to get under heavy loads in order to lift them for the next work step. It does the preliminary work for the next fitting cylinder. It is also the ideal tool for spreading, pushing apart, shifting, wedging and expanding.
