High-pressure hand pumps

The LUKAS high-pressure hand pumps have been developed for special intended applications where particularly high pressures are required; for example, in test laboratories for leak or material testing, for expanding press fits, in screw pretensioning technology or for testing hydraulic systems. Our single-stage pumps deliver a constant flow rate up to the respective maximum pressure. At the same time, the hand lever forces are very low (e.g. 36 kg or at 2500 bar).

LH hand pump

The hand pumps of the LUKAS LH series have been doing their job reliably and enduringly for years. They are maintenance-free and move loads in one go thanks to automatic switching between high and low pressure. They are suitable for single and double-acting cylinders.

Air-hydraulic pumps

The air-hydraulic pumps of LUKAS work fast, automatically and can be operated by the user with his foot. This leaves your hands free and allows you to actively support your project. The easy operation makes the work particularly energy-saving and ergonomic.

Hydraulic power unit PO 6

The LUKAS hydraulic power pack PO6 is our powerful motor pump for all cylinders in different versions.

• PO 6 1E for a single-acting cylinder: Precise control of the speed when lifting or lowering is achieved by throttling at the drain valve. Load-holding function when the drain valve is closed, and the engine is switched off.
• PO 6 2E for two single-acting cylinders: Precise control of the speed when lifting or lowering is achieved by throttles on the control valves. Separate shut-off of the two oil flows possible. Load-holding function with the engine running or switched off when control valves are closed.
• PO 6 1D for a single-acting or double-acting cylinder: Lifting and lowering of the load by means of a switching valve. Load-holding function in the center position of the switching valve. Retracting a double-acting cylinder must only be done with the engine running.

​Operate cylinders with a motor pump to generate even more power. By later switching from low pressure to high pressure at 16 MPa (160 bar), you can achieve higher working speeds in the lower load range than with conventional motor pumps.

Hydraulic power packs PO 4

With the compact motor pumps from the PO 4 series, you are ideally equipped if you frequently have to drive small and medium-sized cylinders at different locations. The compact power packs perform reliably, even for longer periods of time.

Variants:

• Version N3 for single-acting cylinders
  Sensitive extension and positioning of the load. The load can be held even when the motor is switched on (pressureless oil circulation). Can be retracted with the motor switched on or off.
• Version N4 for double-acting cylinders
  Extending and holding the load is possible with the motor switched on (unpressurised oil circulation). Retracting only works with a switched on motor.
• Version L 2/2 - without load-holding function
  Motor starts when the remote control is actuated, solenoid valve closes. The connected hydraulic cylinder extends as long as the button remains pressed. To retract, release the button, motor stops, solenoid valve on "idle", cylinder retracts with spring return.
• Version G 2/2 - with load-holding function
  Remote control with 3-position switch
