High-pressure hand pumpsThe LUKAS high-pressure hand pumps have been developed for special intended applications where particularly high pressures are required; for example, in test laboratories for leak or material testing, for expanding press fits, in screw pretensioning technology or for testing hydraulic systems. Our single-stage pumps deliver a constant flow rate up to the respective maximum pressure. At the same time, the hand lever forces are very low (e.g. 36 kg or at 2500 bar).

Pressure multiplier kitThe LUKAS pressure multiplier is mainly used to loosen press fits by expanding the bearings, wheels or gears to be pulled off. For this purpose, the pressure multiplier increases the input pressure by a multiple up to a maximum output pressure of 3000 bar. The pressure multiplier is screwed directly into a bore of the workpiece to be extracted. The input pressure is generated with the hand pump.
